Horny Sheep

(just don’t call me Lambzilla! 🙂 )

If there is someone on your friends list you would like to take, strip naked, tie to a bed post, lick until they scream, then fuck until both of you are senseless and unable to fuck anymore, then wait about five minutes and do it all over again, then post this sentence in your journal.

Baaaaaaaa 🙂

Could be fun – False Memory Meme

Thanks be to Sara 🙂

Post a false memory of me. It can be anything you want, so long as it never happened. Then post this to your journal. See what people don’t remember about you.

woah.

I had something like 5 cups of coffee today, and I’m still exhausted…

As I told Marc today, I’ve been feeling like Genie lately, walking around going:

“What do you want?” {POOF!}
“What do you want?” {POOF!}
“What do you want?” {POOF!}
“What do you want?” {POOF!}
“What do you want?” {POOF!}

[giggle]

Did you rub my lamp? 🙂

Round One Done

I fired off my First Round nomination for the Shuster Awards late last night. By mid-next week I should be ready to hand in my Second Round nominations. A bio and pic was also sent and once I get the url for the Awards, I’ll point it out here.

Let me state, once again, that I’ve been having a ball so far. I look forward to sharing a pint with the rest of the judges in Toronto. Heck, considering Warren Ellis has recently confirmed to attending the convention, I’m sure there’ll be plenty of drinking that weekend! 🙂

And, as tempting as it may be for me to let folks into who I nominated, it ain’t gonna happen 🙂 Luckily for me, I have my beautiful wife to talk to who, although privy to my votes, can not influence me one way or the other. At least, not in THIS matter 🙂 (I can’t say the same for other matters, you understand. but for THIS one, I can stand my ground 🙂 )

Picasso GT

As promised to t! two months ago, I’m holding a Picasso’s GT this upcoming Friday (Feb 11th) at 7pm. You all know the place (in NDG, on St. Jacques, near PJ’s, a few blocks away from The Rose Bowl). Come on down, have a meal or at least a coffee, and just shoot the breeze. Singing is possible, but not mandatory (since this is more of a NaNo GT than a Savage Land GT 🙂 )

Please feel free to confirm with me or with t!

Fast Fiction time: My Eyes Burn: I Can See Your End

Aurora Borealis comes in vieeewww…

6 hours of sleep last night! I can’t believe I’m awake! But, that’s what happens when a full bladder forces you out of bed and a crazy puppy decides its time for her to wake up, too! 🙂

Karine! Adam! We had a wonderful time last night! I really look forward to many future such nights! 🙂 (and then perhaps I could remember to ask to look through your sketchbook! 🙂 ) I hope Mathieu allowed you to get some sleep this morning/ afternoon 🙂

Hey folks! It’s Announcement time! I finally got in touch with the Aurora Awards committee aaaand… Comicopia will now be on the list of titles eligible for nomination! It took long enough for it to happen (and would have been cool last year since the Auroras were hosted in Montreal), but then again, considering 2005 will be our 15th anniversary, I think we deserve it 🙂 Ballots and Links will be posted when the time gets closer 🙂

All in all, this weekend has brought about some good news and work 🙂 And now, back to bed! 🙂

2pm already?

Wow, where does the time go?

I took Chantale out to supper last night (Palais D’Aisie) as she was craving chinese food. We got there at 9:30pm and by closing time (11pm) we were the only two left. It was a nice and very filling meal, but it was also especially pleasant to be able to sit in such a huge restaurant and being the only table waited on 🙂 Made me feel like a multi-billionaire who bought out the place to impress his lady 🙂

But, as I said, very filling. We were passed out before midnight even rolled around. And then, 6:45am, I’m up and about. Hair appointment at 8am and when I got back, I headed right back online. Been doing a lot of net-legwork for The Shusters and calling up old contacts. Before I knew it, noon rolled around. Had a number of household chores to do and now that I’m finally getting tired enough to go take a nap… I realize it’s 2pm. Woah.

Then again, since the net seems quiet enough and no further replies have come in from my earlier queries, I guess I can get offline now and go rest up a little. Not every day I can enjoy an afternoon nap 🙂

Oh, here’s a quote that made me laugh (and will probably be used one day in the future):

Baci avuti facilmente, si dimenticano facilmente.
Kisses easily stolen are soon forgotten.

Detto Inglese

For a nice quote, though, I leave you with:

Sull’orologio dell’amore e il bacio che scandisce i minuti.
Kisses mark the minutes on the dial of love.
