I just heard the news that Picasso’s Restaurant has closed down after 30 years 🙁
After having gone there weekly for the 10 years that The Savage Land BBS was in operation, it’s really sad to hear about it 🙁 All those Friday nights of hanging out, laughing, singing, joking around, watching Gabriel Morrissette draw the wackiest images we could inspire him with… *sigh* at least we have memories. So the last time I went there was with Dan after ExpoZine.
Although James, Melyssa, and Kyle got a chance to have smoked meat there, Charlize hadn’t yet (although she enjoyed it while she was still in Chantale’s belly, of course).
Man… 🙁
