I just promoted one of my Employees, making this the second Jr. Programmer-Analyst I’ve helped reach Programmer-Analyst level in under a year (it might sound simple, but it isn’t, really).
It’s always a nice feeling to praise an employee and see them attain goals you know they can. I do have one more left I’m hoping to work on (I’m quite positive of it) and then I’ll have achieved my own personal goals in terms of “growing” or grooming employees 
These may be my peers, but I’m quite protective of them, obviously Now, next year, it might start all over again next year as I’m once again in need of a P/A for the team :>
